Return Policy
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders under any circumstances (wrong size, change of mind, dislike of product, etc.).
2. Replacement Only for Damaged Product
We only offer replacement if the product you received is damaged.
To qualify for a replacement:
Mandatory Proof Requirement
You must provide a clear 360° unboxing video of the package:
• Video must start before opening the package.
• The parcel should be shown from all sides (front, back, left, right, top, bottom).
• The video must be continuous — no cuts, no pauses, no camera drops.
• Product and damage must be clearly visible in the same video.
• The shipping label with your name and order ID must be visible.
3. Time Window
The unboxing video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Situations Not Covered
Replacements will not be processed if:
• No unboxing video is provided.
• The video has cuts, edits, or camera drops.
• Damage is reported after the 24-hour window.
• The product is used, worn, or tampered with.
• Size issues, color preferences, or personal dislikes.
5. Replacement Process
Once we verify the video:
• A replacement unit will be shipped.
• If the product is out of stock, replacement may take additional time or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
